Amy LaHue is a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and wellness educator based in Columbia, Missouri. She brings a trauma-informed approach that blends ancient practices with modern science, helping people ease stress, build nervous system resilience, and reconnect with their calm center. Like a light in a flowering tree, Amy’s guidance is gentle yet grounding, meeting each person where they are and empowering them to grow through the breath.

Student workshops are held locally in Columbia, Missouri, often at partner gyms or wellness spaces. Private sessions are available at Wilson’s Fitness or online. Corporate sessions are hosted at your company site.
